I am a business improvement specialist with over a decade working with Six Sigma, Shainin, 8D, TRIZ and many more improvement, innovation and problem solving techniques.

As an innovation award winning chartered engineer, I have spent my entire career working in aerospace, automotive and oil & gas. With some of the biggest names globally; Rolls-Royce, TRW and ZF.  Starting out in design, having worked on tooling, exhaust and emissions systems all the way to gas turbines.

Since then I have developed further in business improvement and structured problem solving techniques. I have spent much time leading teams, delivering projects, teaching and coaching around the globe.
