Who Really Are Your Customers?
Who Really Are Your customers? Who do you think your customers really are? I was reminded today of some training many years ago teaching Six
Do you think you need a business coach? I found this article interesting for two reasons. This is aimed at business owners and leaders, but the same applies to your employees.
First as you move through the ranks of an organisation or start a new one, new challenges arise. These can be even more prevalent when employees are detached from their natural office environments and support networks.
Secondly, can you think of times have you been on a course or in a class and come out feeling you can take the new knowledge and run with it. But, in reality feel overwhelmed, lacking in clear direction, not being productive and failing to deliver everything it promised. These points are made, but the way I thought about it includes employees.
A coach is many things to many people and this article gets to some key points. But remember, this can apply at all levels of the organisation and that coach can get you where you need to be faster. Post training especially, as this is where someone else can help embed new knowledge in a short time.
